360Ringlights.com is proud to offer an overseas shipping service to many parts of the world and islands. It means the world to us by bringing great significant value as well as service to all our customers. How do you ship packages?

Items are being sent via the Royal Mail (UK), ePacket, EMS, Fed Ex, by post depends largely on the product’s location in our warehouse, weight and size.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes of course, yes. However, at the moment we still offer free shipping to many major countries. There are, moreover, maybe some regions to which we cannot ship. We will inform you accordingly if you happen to be located in one of those countries.

How about customs?

Please note, once the items have been shipped, we are not responsible for any custom fees and taxes. You give consent to one or more packages being shipped to you by purchasing our products and may receive custom fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?

We are upfront and fully transparent and our Shipping time refers to the time it takes to ship products to their final destination from our warehouse / partners. Product lines shipped directly internationally from our UK warehouse should usually be received anywhere within 5-7 working days, though – products that are not held at our UK warehouse and shipped to the UK direct from our overseas trading partners will therefore normally be delivered within 7 to 35 days. If you could not receive your order within 60 days, please contact us at [email protected] or leave us a message at our website with your order number for us to track your orders easily.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, so once your order has been shipped that will include your tracking information, you will receive an email. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have not received tracking information within 5 days.

My tracking says, “There is currently no information available.”

It takes 2 – 5 business days for some shipping companies to update the tracking information on their system. If your order was placed more than 5 working days ago and your tracking number is still missing, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For operational reasons, items within the same order are sometimes sent in different packages, even though combined shipping has just been indicated. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions and we will do our best to help you out, we are human.
