Everything sold is ‘final sales’. We do not enable refunds for non-defective goods because of hygiene purposes unless the item is damaged or faulty. If the item is damaged, an exchange can be requested. Please take a photo of the damaged instantly with a clear description of the malfunction and submit it to [email protected] but an exchange must take place within 14 days of receiving the item. Within 24 hours, our team will attempt to email you to assist you select your substitute in the process.
